How we started
We opened Menifee Porta Pros to solve a specific problem: sites in Menifee were calling rental companies an hour away when they needed a portable toilet on a Monday morning. A contractor had to wait or drive to Wildomar or Lake Elsinore. We cut that down. Our standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so it fits tight job sites without eating the whole lot. We stock standard porta potty rentals, ADA accessible units, and deluxe flushable models so a one-person renovation and a 200-person festival can both call the same number and get what they need the same day.
What we do now
Menifee Porta Pros handles portable toilets first. That's what built us. We also rent roll-off dumpsters, storage containers, restroom trailers, temporary fencing, and handwashing stations. Our dispatch covers Menifee and the surrounding area. A septic pumping service handles homes and light commercial accounts where the tank sits 3 to 5 years between pumps. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets toilet counts on construction sites by crew size, so we help contractors figure out whether they need one unit or six before they break ground. Handwashing stations matter too because 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requires soap and towels or a hand drying device on job sites, and hand sanitizer alone does not satisfy the rule.
Why we're still local
We stay local because Menifee moves fast and needs someone who answers the phone. A dumpster delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, and that means we scout the site beforehand instead of showing up with a 35-ton truck and hoping. Event restrooms need weekly service during a three-week fair; we do that without making a contractor call a 1-800 number and transfer the account to some other crew. ADA accessible toilets have to meet ADA Standards section 213.2 (at least 5 percent of clustered units accessible, never fewer than one), and we own and maintain units that pass inspection. Menifee rentals are simpler and faster because we're here. That's the whole reason we exist.
How fast can you deliver?
Same day if you call before noon. We keep units staged in Menifee and don't have to haul them from Canyon Lake or San Jacinto. If you book a weekend, weekend rates apply.
